Here are some of the services we offer to our athletes:

Chiropractic Therapy

Specializing in manual adjustment of the vertebrae of the spine and other joints of the body. Adjustments help relieve pain and restore normal function to the joints, supporting muscles and ligaments.

Taping

The primary purpose of taping is to not only provide support for joints and muscles, but also to aid in the elimination of pain and increase both lymph drainage and blood flow.

Myofascial Release

Soft tissue injuries can be debilitating and frustrating. Myofascial Release therapy is successful in effectively treating all soft tissue conditions, whether they are chronic, acute or post-surgical. This therapy can help you enjoy your sport and get you performing at your best again.

Myosfascial release is soft tissue technique that is designed to resolve many musculoskeletal conditions such as headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome, knee pain, plantar fasciitis, sciatica, shoulder pain, neck & back pain, and many more.

SFMA

The SFMA is a helpful tool that can be used to assess a patient's range of motion and identify areas of instability. However, it is important to keep in mind that the SFMA may not be practical for use during an acute episode. This is due to the fact that the SFMA relies on the athlete's ability to cooperate and perform certain movements.

During an acute episode, patients may be too irritable or uncomfortable to participate in the assessment. In addition, the clinician should be aware of the fact that the SFMA only provides a snapshot of the patient's condition. It is important to follow up with other assessments, such as functional testing, to get a more complete picture of the patient's condition.

Normatec

Normatec is pneumatic compression favoured by athletes before and after exercise.

Used to warm up before exercise, it improves blood flow to your joints and muscles to boost performance.

Used after exercise and physical activity, it speeds up recovery time by flushing lactic acid, increasing circulation, and reducing swelling.

Many pro-athletes use Normatec as a crucial part of their recovery training to improve their performance and reduce the time needed to getting game-ready

Take the next step in your journey back to the top of your game.
